Puerh tea is the specialty of Yunnan. It takes Yunnan Large-leaf sun-cured tea leaves as materials. There are the fermented and unfermented Puerh teas, which is also called "Shu Puerh" and "Sheng Puerh". Tea made through natural fermentation is "Sheng Puerh" while that fermented artificially is "Shu Puerh". And the "Sheng Puerh" could gradually turn into "Shu Puerh" after a long-term natural fermentation. But it takes too long, usually about 5-8 years for "Natural fermentation". Puerh tea have different tea leaf shape such as Loose leaf, Square tea, Tuo Tea, and round shaped tea.
