Lishan Oolong Tea
Lishan Oolong represents Taiwan high mountain tea and is the most famous tea type among Taiwai oolong tea. Benefited from the unique natural conditions of Lishan, Lishan oolong is featured by freshness and sweetness with the taste of cold fever tea in high mountains.
Phoenix Dacong Oolong Tea
Phoenix Dancong, also known as Guangdong Narcissus, is a bar-shaped tea.The main production area is Phoenix Mountain of Chaozhou City in Guangdong Province, where the altitude is 1,500 meters. It is misty and humid all around the year with large temperature difference between day and night. The condition of Phoenix tea are unique, with abundant rainfall and fertile soil. Thus Phoenix Dancong tea is gifted with the unique quality of “beautiful shape, green color, fragrant scent and sweet taste”.
Huang Jin Gui Oolong Tea
Huangjin Gui is made of the tenderends of Huangdan tea tree. Because the soup is golden with special aroma of sweet osmanthus flower, thus it is called Huangjin Gui.
Wuyi Rou Gui Oolong Tea
Rou Gui Oolong Tea is famous for its fragrant aroma of cinnamon.Rou Gui Oolong tea is a top tea of the fragrant varieties with great “Rock Essence” and stands out from Oolong tea because of its unique scent. Rou Gui is one of the local tea bush varieties used for making Wu Yi Rock Tea and was discovered over one hundred years ago. Rou Gui acquired its name from the Chinese cinnamon plant (‘Rougui’ in Chinese) due to its warm Chinese cinnamon like aroma.
Shui Xian Oolong Tea
Shui Xian Oolong Tea gains the fresh air of mountain and rivers,with beautiful color and fragrant flavor. In Wuyi tea producing areas, it’s widespread that “ Shui Xian is the mellowest tea”, It is famous for “good quality and great taste” and “more fragrance than any other kind of tea”.
Da Hong Pao Oolong Tea
Da Hong Pao undoubtedly is the most prestigious in China, and the best in Wuyi Rock Tea. And it has the honor of “ tea champion”. Da Hong Pao is a Wuyi rock tea grown in the Wuyi Mountains of Fujian Province, China. Da Hong Pao has unique orchid fragrance and a long-lasting sweet aftertaste. Dry Da Hong Pao has a shape like tightly knotted ropes or slightly twisted strips, and is green and brown in color. After brewing, the tea is orange-yellow, bright and clear.
Gaba Oolong Tea
GABA Oolong is an oolong tea specially processed under low-oxygen (anaerobic) conditions to increase γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) levels. It offers a smooth, mellow taste with low astringency and may help promote relaxation and better sleep. Well-known production regions include Taiwan, Fujian and Japan.
Dong Ding Oolong Tea
The place of origin is in Taiwan, China. The quality of frozen top tea is excellent, and it is in a leading position in the Taiwan tea market. Dongding is the name of the mountain, and Oolong is the name of the variety, and the name comes from this. This tea is produced in Longyan, Fujian, and tea bushes are brought from Taiwan.
Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea
Tie Guan Yin(Iron Godness) Oolong Tea is one of the top ten kinds of tea in China. It is divided into thick fragrant, lingering-fragrance and light fragrant types, each being top Oolong tea. Huang Jin Cha(Golden Tea) Green Tea
Baojing Golden Tea possesses the characteristics of "four highs and four unique qualities": The "four highs" refer to its high content of amino acids, tea polyphenols, water-soluble extracts, and chlorophyll. The amino acid content reaches 7.47%, twice that of ordinary green tea varieties of the same period; the tea polyphenol content is around 20%; the water-soluble extract content is nearly 50%; and the chlorophyll content is more than 50% higher than the control variety.
Huangshan Maofeng Green Tea
Huangshan Maofeng tea was made by Xie Zheng’an in 1875 in the Qing Dynasty. Because of its pekoe body, bud tip like spike, and the fresh leaves collected from the peak of Huangshan, it was called Huangshan Maofeng. Thanks to “extremely fragrant, pure taste, clear soup, and embellish color”, it is well-known as the tea boutique and the one of China’s top ten kinds of tea.
