History of Anxi Tea

It already has a history of over 1,000 years. The unique natural conditions of Anxi Are very suitable for this delicate tea of Tie Guan Yin.
Difference between Oolong tea and Green tea
Oolong tea and green tea are produced from the same kind of tea tree. Fementation is their difference. Green tea is not fermented and retains a lot of vitamins. Being semi-fermented,Oolong tea not only reduces the astringency of tea but also produces antioxidant catechins and polyphenols. So it has many medical effects which most green tea does not have.
